Video: Iraqi News talks to Commander NATO Mission Iraq

“NATO Mission Iraq is here on the request of the Iraqi Government and with the consensus of the 30 NATO nations. My mission here in Iraq is to advise the government of Iraq and more specifically, the ministry of Defence on how to manage building the Iraqi Army and how to run the military faculties.” – Commander Lieutenant General Per Olsen on Al-Iraqiya’s “Foreign Talk”.

In an interview with Iraqi national television “Al-Iraqiya” on Saturday, Jan. 16, 2021, the Commander of NATO Mission Iraq explained the role and mission of NMI to journalist Mohammed Al-Rikabi on the programme “Foreign Talk”.
