NATO Partners Attend Exercise Steadfast Dagger

Stavanger, NORWAY- Officers from the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia, Georgia, Iraq, Pakistan, and Tunisia attended NATO’s Exercise Steadfast Dagger 2024 Observers’ Programme held from the 1-2 December at the Joint Warfare Centre in Stavanger, Norway.

The tailor-made programme, coordinated by Allied Joint Force Command Naples - JFCNP and directed by NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC), was an opportunity for the military representatives of the Partner Nations to learn how NATO forces cooperate at the operational and tactical levels to execute Non-Article 5 Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) against hybrid security threats.

The observers, representing three of the NATO partnership frameworks, the Mediterranean Dialogue (MD), Partnership for Peace (PfP), and Partners across the Globe (PatG), were granted crucial insight into NATO exercise execution, increasing transparency, trust and strengthening the ties between NATO and its partners.
