On 12 December 2023, an Expert Staff Meeting with a NATO delegation took place at the Moroccan Joint General Headquarters in Rabat. The aim of the Expert Staff Meeting was to review military cooperation goals and objectives, facilitate the exchange of information, develop greater synchronized collaboration, and foster mutual understanding.
The NATO delegation included comprehensive representation from across the NATO enterprise to include the International Military Staff (IMS), Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe - Partnership directorate (SHAPE PD), Allied Joint Force Command Naples (JFCNP) and Allied Maritime Command (MARCOM).
Each service from The Moroccan Royal Armed Forces was represented at the meeting which was hosted and led by a Senior Officer from the Joint General Staff and the Moroccan MILREP to NATO (PNMR).
