NAPLES, Italy – Observers from NATO Partner Nations visited various participants during Exercise Trident Juncture 2018, which took place in Norway.

During two days of the exercise, 13 observers from seven Partner Nations namely Sweden, New Zealand, Switzerland, Algeria, Serbia, Azerbaijan and United Arab Emirates participated in a dedicated Observer Programme organized by Allied Joint Force Command Naples in close coordination with the 1st German-Netherland Corp (1GNC).

During the first day, the Partner officers visited the 1 GNC HQ where they observed how the Land Component Command works, while the second day a visit to the Very High Readiness Joint Task Force Brigade 2019 HQ was operated, including some visits to their subordinate units.

Partners were also invited to observe the Command Post Exercise Phase of Trident Juncture 2018.
