Canadian Forces College visits JFC Naples

NAPLES, Italy - Prior to a visit to Africa, participants from the Canadian Forces College' National Security Program pay a visit to JFC Naples, March 31, 2017.

The group received the JFC's senior leaders perspectives on the security situation and engagement in West Africa and the Mediterranean Dialogue.

The Deputy Commander Allied Joint Force Command Naples, Canadian Air Force Lieutenant General Alain Parent, hosted the delegation of 31 students and 9 staff members led by the Commander of the Canadian Forces College, Brigadier General Kevin Cotton.

The Canadian National Security Program is a 10-month residential course designed to prepare selected personnel from the military, public, international and private sector for future strategic responsibilities within a complex and ambiguous global security environment.
