NAPLES, Italy – Allied Joint Force Command Naples welcomed six senior Royal
Jordanian armed forces officers, Jan. 14, 2016.
delegation visited Naples to receive a joint force command perspective on NATO
capabilities after receiving strategic perspectives from Supreme Headquarters
Allied Powers Europe in Mons, Belgium, and NATO headquarters in Brussels in the

part in discussions with JFC Naples staff members covering aspects of
cooperative security and assurance measures.
Cooperative security is identified
as one of NATO’s essential core tasks and recommends that the promotion of
Euro-Atlantic security is best assured through a wide network of partner
relationships with countries and organisations around the globe.
The mission of JFC
Naples is to prepare for, plan and conduct military operations in order to
preserve the peace, security and territorial integrity of Alliance member
states and freedom of the seas and economic lifelines throughout the Supreme
Allied Commander of Europe’s Area of Responsibility and beyond.
