JFC Naples members attend a conference in Estonia

The forum, hosted biannually by an Alliance' member state, is dedicated to the relative comparison on the policy aspects, conceptual, doctrinal and instructional relating to operational communications and information sharing.

Throughout the event, more than 100 delegates from all NATO countries and many levels of the NATO command and operational structure discussed current issues of doctrines and policy development regarding information and psychologic operations (Info Ops/Psy Ops).

"The briefings on information and psychologic operations and the experiences we made during the exercise, Naples Journey 2015, created allot of interest for the audience and led to the talks about modern warfare," said the leader of the JFC Naples' delegation, Spanish Marine Colonel Jose Canovas.

Info Ops and Psy Ops are essential elements in the NATO operations' decision-making process and tools designed to influence attitudes and behavior affecting the achievement of political and military objectives inside a military operational environment.
