JFC Naples Monitor Team conducts an advisory visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina


Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina - The Allied Joint Force Command Naples NATO Monitor Team conducted an advisory visit to Bosnia Herzegovina (BiH) in accordance with 2016 Operational Capability Concept Evaluation and Feedback (OCC E&F) program, March 14-17, 2016.

The advisory visit conducted by JFC Naples NATO Monitor Team aiming to support the national Evaluation Team in preparation to the this year's June Exercise Dynamic Response 2016 through which an Infantry Company of BiH Armed Forces will be evaluted according to the NATO standards and procedures.

"I appreciate the impressive progress BiH Armed Forces has accomplished since 2014” said Turkish Army Lieutenant Colonel Gungor Sevgin, the senior NATO NATO Monitor. "We are looking forward to see the continuity of this major accomplishment”.

"BiH Airforce has been successfully contributing to the United Nations and NATO led missions and operations for over 15 years” said BiH Armed Forces Representative Brigadier General Mirsad Ahmić. "OCC E&F program proved to be a very useful tool for preparing our units for the most demanding tasks.”
NATO Monitor Team’s  task  is to ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with the NATO procedures during the advisory visits.
