VELES, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia* – A team from Allied Joint Force Command Naples' J7 Doctrine and Lessons Learned Branch conducted a mobile training session, April 19 - 21, 2016.
The aim of the Analysis & Lessons Learned Training was to familiarize the training audience with the processes in order to become more effective and efficient in analysis processes.
Provided by two JFC Naples' officers, the workshop adressed 17 participants from the military forces of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia*.
The main focus of this training was to prepare for managing and executing a practical organizational lessons learned process using NATO related procedures and tools. The training also conveyed knowledge on observation collection, basic analysis techniques as well as endorsing, resourcing, tasking and implementing lessons identified.
Throughout the course, practical work in syndicates lead the students to a comprhensive understanding.
"The main learning objectives established have been reached,” said French Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Frederic Bertolozzi, the JFC Naples J7 trainer. "All the participants acquired a clear understanding and the ability to describe the analysis and lesson learned process."
"We are deeply satisfied with the quality of this course provided by JFC Naples," said the chief of the lesson learned section from the Training and Doctrine Centre in Veles, Army Lieutenant Colonel Jordan Ugrinovski. He additionally expressed the will for further cooperation.
