Chie of MLO, Brigadier General Cesare Marinelli, took part in two conferences dealing with NATO-Serbia cooperation and wider security issues.
At a conference that dealt with crisis management and emergency situations, which was organized by the Atlantic Council of Serbia on December 6, General Marinelli elaborated on NATO-s extensive capacities and practices in this area. He noted that the recent exercise in Montenegro showed the value of the Alliance and partners working together in this field.
Together with Assistant Minister for Security Policy, Ambassador Branimir Filipovic, Deputy Head of the Slovak Embassy Petar Susko, and MP Dragan Sormaz, General Marinelli also took part in a discussion at the Faculty for Security in Belgrade on December 7.
