The Public Affairs Office conducted a media tour

PRISTINA -The Public Affairs Office (PAO) of the NATO-led KFOR mission conducted a media tour for local media, showcasing KFOR activities, with a special focus on the Multinational Specialized Unit (MSU) and Regional Command-East (RC-E) personnel in the North of Kosovo.

The tour featured also some interviews on the Mitrovica bridge with MSU Commander, Colonel Massimo ROSATI and KFOR spokesperson, Colonel Massimo GIULIANO , highlighting MSU role in ensuring security and stability as well as KFOR’s ongoing efforts to ensure a safe and secure environment for all communities living in Kosovo.

The media tour continued along the Administrative Boundary Line where Captain Ehren CASTLE , explained how RC-E patrols enhance security, while KFOR spokesperson, Colonel Massimo GIULIANO reaffirmed KFOR’s 26-year commitment and dedication to regional stability.

KFOR continues to implement its mandate - based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 of 1999 - to contribute to a safe and secure environment for all people and communities living in Kosovo and freedom of movement, at all times and impartially. KFOR works in close coordination with the Kosovo Police and the European Union Mission on Rule of Law in Kosovo (EULEX) in their respective roles as security responders.
