KFOR  /  Media Center  /  Archive  /  News  /  2024  /  Handover Between 1st Bersaglieri and 62nd Infantry 'Sicilia'

The beginning of the handover/takeover between the outgoing 1st Bersaglieri Regiment and the incoming 62nd Infantry Regiment “Sicilia”, started at the Regional Command West of the NATO-led KFOR mission, at Camp Villaggio Italia.

A ceremony to mark the transfer of authority between the two units will be held on the 30th of July.
