Today, the Commander of Regional Command West of the NATO-led KFOR mission, Colonel Francesco Ferrara, presided over the Medal Parade ceremony at “Camp Villaggio Italia”, in Pejë/Peć.

Colonel Ferrara thanked the awarded personnel for their valuable contributions to KFOR’s efforts in ensuring a safe and secure environment for all communities living in Kosovo.

Italian Soldiers from the Kinetic Battalion were honoured with the non-Article 5 NATO medal in recognition of their excellent services.

The Moldavan Senior National Representative, Major Petru Tutunaru, awarded Italian soldiers for their great collaboration with  Moldovan troops.
