PRISTINA - The Medal Parade ceremony and the Transfer of Authority of the Albanian Contingent place today at Camp Villaggio Italia, HQ of KFOR’s Regional Command West (RC-W).

The Commander of the RC-W expressed his satisfaction, to the 30 soldiers of the first Albanian contingent to take part in the Western Kosovo Area of responsibility, for the work well done and wished a safe return to their families.

The ceremony was presided by the Commander of the RC-W Colonel Ivano MAROTTA, also present was the senior of the Albanian Contingent Colonel Razije MEHMETI, the Military Attaché Colonel Altin KURTI, and the Deputy Commander of RC-W LTC Flora DAKO of the Albanian Army.
