JRDSE donated sports equipment for schoolchildren

Pristina - KFOR Joint Regional Detachment South East (JRDSE) personnel donated sports equipment to the children of "Ganimete Terbeshi” primary school in Llukar/Lukare village.

During the visit at this school, KFOR personnel met the school director and the pupils. They discussed about different topics, such as sports, technology, music, and they had the opportunity to play football and volleyball with them.

The Liaison Monitoring Teams (LMT), part of the Joint Regional Detachment South (JRD- SE), used to pay visits to schools and have meetings with directors and teachers. They guarantee support to institutions of their area of responsibility, maintaining the situational awareness and ensuring KFOR presence.

The activity in Llukar/Lukare is part of the initiatives carried out by JRDSE in favour of local population of all ethnicities, impartially and in the deepest respect for different cultures and religious beliefs.
