Pristina - At the presence of COMKFOR, Major General Lorenzo D’Addario, and the Deputy Commander, Brigadier General Laurent Michaud, the Transfer of Authority ceremony of Headquarters Support Group (HSG) Command took place in Camp Film City. 

After six months of deployment, the outgoing KFOR Head Quarters Support Group Commander, Colonel Mark Hearns handed over the responsibility to Colonel Brendan McGuinnes. 

During his speech KFOR Deputy Commander Brigadier General Laurent Michaud also highlighted the important role of the HSG and voiced his gratitude and appreciation to the professionalism and commitment of Col. Hearns.

Headquarters Support Group's role is to provide real life support to Camp Film City and assigned facilities including: Camp Marechal de Lattre de Tassigny, Camp Nothing Hill and Prishtinë/Priština Military Airport. Additionally they have the important role to ensure security in Camp Film City and at KFOR’s Headquarter.
