MNBGW organized a search and rescue training for KSF

Pristina - KFOR is carrying out activities related to the improvement of Kosovo Security Force’s capabilities in accordance with its current mission. In particular, Multinational Battle Group West planned training on search and rescue operations in a mountain environment.

The course consist of theoretical lessons and practical activities on movement and orientation, equipment, useful techniques for climbing/recovery and physical problems related to this particular environment.

KSF personnel have been attending to this program since today in order to develop skills in conducting civil protection operations and assisting civil authorities in response to natural disasters and other emergencies.
