Mine Awareness Education

Pristina, 09 February 2017. Kfor personnel, belonging to Joint Regional Detachment (JRDC), conducted a joint activity on Mine Awareness Education (MAE) with KSF Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Instructor Team in four different primary schools in TRNAVA/TERRNAVE, LUZANE/LLUZHAN, DUMOS/DUMOSH and MAJANCE/MAJAC, Municipality.

EOD Instructors started explanation of different kinds of mines, bombs and unexploded ordinances. After that, they explained how to behave in case somebody finds suspected devices and whom to report the event.

One-hundred-eightly-six (186) pupils had been involved in these lectures.
