KFOR SUPPORTS CBRN/HAZMAT ORGANISATIONS

Pristina, 11th Jan 2017. A Chemical, Biological, Radiation, Nuclear, and Hazardous Material (CBRN/HAZMAT) conference was held in Camp SLIM LINES with the objective of offering participants a forum to share information, review activities completed in 2016 and to plan and coordinate the way forward.

Representatives of Ministry of Environmental and Spatial Planning (MESP), KOSOVO Agency for Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety (KARPNS), KOSOVO Security Forces KSF/Hazmat Coy, working closely with KFOR had the opportunity to explain their role and discuss future plans.

In 2017 KFOR will continue to support the above KOSOVO organisations in their continued efforts to achieve excellence in this specialist area.
