KFOR International Women’s Day celebration

PRISTINA, Kosovo. – Major General Giovanni Fungo, KFOR Commander, on Wednesday, March 08, celebrated the International Women’s Day with KFOR civilian and military personnel at Camp Film City.

During his speech he noted that the NATO force has been able to reach an enviable level of gender equality. Furthermore, he underlined that "every member, man, woman and child must be treated and considered in the same way”.

"We are very grateful for what you have been doing within the Headquarters to improve the life of the society no matter the country we are coming from. Human being is so beautiful because we can share a lot of differences. Let’s make difference a priceless value,” COMKFOR stated as he concluded his speech.
