JOINT LOGISTIC SUPPORT GROUP CHANGE OF COMMAND

PRISTINA, Kosovo. KFOR Commander, Major General Giovanni Fungo, presided over the change of command ceremony, to mark the handover/takeover within KFOR Joint Logistic Support Group (JLSG).

The ceremony was held in Camp Film City, in Pristina between the outgoing Colonel Wolfgang Weichselberger, after six months of service as the commander of the JLSG, and the incoming Colonel Wolfgang Prieler.

During this period JLSG conducted the RSOM Conference in Thesaloniki Greece, managed several infrastructural projects in KFOR Camps, carried out personnel transportation, vehicle recovery, supply, fuel delivery and several Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) operational activities.

Joint Logistic Support Group is a KFOR framework logistic unit that involves 16 nations which provide logistic support to all KFOR units throughout all Kosovo.
