Commemoration Ceremony in honour of Senior Master Sgt Hüseyin Kutlu

PRISTINA - KFOR Turkish Contingent personnel held a Commemoration Ceremony at KFOR HQ memorial garden to mark the 18th annual anniversary of the passing of Senior Master Sgt Hüseyin Kutlu who made the ultimate sacrifice in the name of peace when he tragically lost his life in an explosion during the course of his duty as an EOD inspector.

The ceremony was attended by the Turkish Ambassadress Ms. Kivilcim KILIC who participated in a wreath laying ceremony and made a remembrance speech. Also in attendance were DCOM KFOR, BG Christian RIENER, DIR NALT, BG Dietmar MOSMANN and COM KSF, Lt GEN Rrahman RAMA.

DCOM KFOR, BG RIENER addressed all those present and paid tribute to the sacrifice that Senior Master Sgt KUTLU made and to all those who gave up their lives in the name of peace.
