COMKFOR received the visit of the Secretary of State of Germany

PRISTINA - KFOR Commander, Major General Salvatore CUOCI, today received the visit of Mr. Marcus GRUBEL, German Secretary of State.

Major General CUOCI, gave a general overview about the situation in the region where, together with 28 NATO members and partners, International Community and Institutions in Kosovo, KFOR is operating to maintain a safe and secure environment and guarantee the freedom of movement in accordance with its mandate.

Major General CUOCI also expressed his deep appreciation towards German personnel in KFOR, for their commitment, professionalism and great contribution in terms of troops, capabilities and expertise.

The Secretary of State, Mr. Marcus GRUBEL, thanked KFOR Commander and wished all the best to Major General CUOCI in achieving the mission.
