COMKFOR met the new Minister of KSF

PRISTINA - COMKFOR, Major General Giovanni FUNGO today paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Rrustem BERISHA after his appointment as Minister of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF). The occasion gave the chance to COMKFOR to thank the former Minister, Mr. Haki DEMOLLI, for the constant commitment and cooperation with KFOR and to express his best wishes to Mr. BERISHA for the highly demanding task.

In relation to the eventual future transformation of the KSF into Kosovo Armed Forces (KAF), Mr. BERISHA underlined that it will be done through constitutional changes. COMKFOR highlighted the importance of keeping an effective and productive cooperation, in accordance with KSF current mandate.
