Chief Foreign and Security Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister of Hungary visited KFOR


PRISTINA – KFOR Commander, Major General Giovanni FUNGO, met the Chief Foreign and Security Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister of Hungary, H.E. Jozsef CZUKOR, and the Hungarian Ambassador in Kosovo, H.E. Laszlo MARCUSZ, at KFOR HQ.

During his visit, H.E. Jozsef CZUKOR confirmed the Hungarian commitment and expressed the intention to increase their contribution due to the importance that the NATO mission has for stability in the whole region.

Hungary is currently contributing to KFOR since the beginning of the mission and the current contingent is composed of more than 350 troops.

KFOR Commander expressed his gratitude for the professional competences and reliability of the Hungarian contingent in KFOR mission.
