A delegation of House of Lords of the UK visits KFOR

PRISTINA - KFOR Commander, Major General Giovanni FUNGO, welcomed a delegation of House of Lords, led by the Right Honourable Lord Bruce Joseph GROCOTT and the Baroness Jean Elizabeth COUSSINS at KFOR Headquarter.

During the meeting, COMKFOR and the representatives of the House of Lord discussed the overall political and security situation in Kosovo and in the Balkans area. The meeting was also an opportunity for MG FUNGO to express his appreciation for the contribution of the UK contingent in KFOR.

The involvement of British troops in KFOR is highly valued for the professionality and the commitment of the soldiers within relevant positions both in the Headquarter and in subunits.
