PRIME MINISTER ISA MUSTAFA RECEIVED THE NEW KFOR COMMANDER, MAJOR GENERAL GIOVANNI FUNGO

Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Isa MUSTAFA, received in an informing meeting the new KFOR Commander, Major General Giovanni Fungo.

During the meeting, PM MUSTAFA informed him about the accomplishments in Kosovo and about the priorities of the Government of Kosovo in the general advancement of progress.

Prime Minister Mustafa expressed the maximum appreciation of the citizens and the Government of Kosovo for the continuous work and contribution of KFOR in providing security and in other fields of developments in the country.

Expressing his gratitude for KFOR’s support also in the strengthening of KSF and in other aspects, Prime Minister Isa Mustafa expressed the full commitment of the Government of Kosovo in deepening the cooperation with KFOR.

KFOR Commander, Major General Giovanni Fungo, praised the achievements in Kosovo, by expressing further support of KFOR.

Furthermore, Major General Fungo, emphasized the commitment of KFOR in cooperating with the Government of Kosovo, and its engagement in creating a secure environment in Kosovo.

Prime Minister Mustafa and General Major Fungo have also talked about other current processes in Kosovo.
