MULTINATIONAL SPECIALIZED UNIT CHANGE OF COMMAND

13rd OCTOBER 2016. PRISTINA, Kosovo. Today, at MSU Camp in Pristina, there was the change of command of Multinational Specialized Unit ceremony between Col. Paolo Coletta and Col. Fabio Cagnazzo.

The ceremony was attended by the Italian Ambassador in Kosovo H.E. Piero Cristoforo Sardi, the Deputy Commander of Carabinieri, Lieutenant General Antonio Ricciardi, the KFOR Deputy Commander Brigadier General Christian Riener and the senior Representatives of Institutions in Kosovo and the International Community.

Lieutenant General Ricciardi thanked Col. Coletta for the important results achieved by the Carabinieri serving MSU and wished Col. Cagnazzo all the best.

KFOR Deputy Commander, Brigadier General Christian Riener expressed appreciation to Col. Coletta for the significant efforts that MSU has performed to support KFOR mission especially in the Mitrovica area.

In his speech, he stated, "Since 1999, more than 6 thousand Carabinieri have served MSU in Kosovo and they will continue their duty with "Trust and commitment".
