KOSOVO: MNBG-W CSS BN COMMANDER TRANSFER OF AUTHORITY

Belo Polje (Kosovo) - In Camp "Villaggio Italia”, on September 12th the Combat Service Support Battalion (CSS BN) Transfer of Authority (TOA) Ceremony took place. The outgoing Battalion Commander Colonel Michele Lombardi handed over to his compatriot and designated successor Lt. Col. Francesco Miele. The personnel from the new incoming Battalion are comprised of members drawn from the Logistics Regiment "Pinerolo” based at Bari (ITALY) of the "PINEROLO” brigade. The event was attended by invited guests from both national and international authorities, in addition to many colleagues from the remainder of the MNBG-W Italian contingent.
