KFOR TACTICAL RESERVE MANOEUVRE BATTALION HOLDS CHARITY RUN


PRISTINA, Kosovo. The KFOR Tactical Reserve Manoeuvre Battalion (KTM) organized a Charity Run in Camp Slim Lines on March 6, 2016.

Three hundred runners from all KFOR units and national contingents participated in the event. Approximately €1,500 was raised for the Kosovo Mini-Olympics that is organized annually for young people with disabilities. The Mini-Olympics have been held in Kosovo since 2005 and are organized by Kosovo’s Para-Olympics Committee and the Academy for Public Safety.

The prizes were presented by the KFOR Commander, Major General Guglielmo Luigi Miglietta and the KTM Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Carlos Macieira with the help of civilian workers from Camp Slim Lines.
