KFOR COMMANDER MEETS RECTOR OF PRISTINA UNIVERSITY

PRISTINA, Kosovo. This morning, Kosovo Force Commander, Major General Guglielmo Luigi Miglietta, met the newly appointed Rector of the University of Pristina, Professor Marjan Dema, at KFOR Headquarters.

During the meeting, they discussed the importance of youth education as a key factor for a stable, democratic, multi-ethnic and peaceful Kosovo.

General Miglietta emphasised KFOR’s role in acting impartially to fully accomplish its tasks according to the NATO mandate, thereby further fostering and enhancing the implementation of the stabilization process in the region.

These regular meetings with Kosovo’s key stakeholders, continue to be an excellent opportunity to maintain dialogue and mutual understanding.
