JFC-NAPLES COMMAND SERGEANT MAJOR VISITS KFOR


PRISTINA, Kosovo. Today, Allied Joint Force Command Naples Command Sergeant Major (CSM), Marcus Thomas Meyer, paid a two-day visit to Kosovo Force (KFOR) and Warrant Officer Senior representatives in Kosovo.

After an office call with the General Guglielmo Luigi Miglietta, KFOR Commander, CSM Meyer visited, accompanied by KFOR CSM Amedeo RUSSO, the Multinational Battle Group West in Pec, German troops in Prizren and Portuguese Battalion.

At the end of the tour he had a meeting with Warrant Officer Senior representatives in Kosovo for final greetings. His main concerns were accommodation, morale and welfare, training and equipment of enlisted soldiers, non-commissioned and warrant officers.

CSM Meyer emphasized the importance of open and honest dialogue between ranks and commands and considers a visit to KFOR enlisted personnel one of his priorities during his term as JFC-NP Command Senior Enlisted Leader (CSEL).
