HEAD OF SLOVAK REPUBLIC’S LIAISON OFFICE IN PRISTINA VISITS TO KFOR HQ

Pristina, 19th December. KFOR Commander, Major General Giovanni Fungo welcomed Mr. Lubomir BATARY, Head of Slovak Republic’s Liaison Office in Pristina, at Camp "Film City” NATO KFOR Headquarters.

During the meeting, they discussed of the overall security and social situation in Kosovo as well as the wider Balkans region.

Slovakia is an important player in the International Community’s efforts in Kosovo and contributed to KFOR from its outset in 1999 until 2010.

COMKFOR and Mr. BATARY had the opportunity to exchange Christmas greetings and wishes for a happy and prosperous new year.
