COMKFOR MET WITH THE AMBASSADOR OF ALBANIA TO KOSOVO

September 29, 2016. KFOR Commander, Major General Giovanni Fungo, met the Ambassador of Albania to Kosovo, HE Mr Qemal Minxhozi, at Camp "Film City” NATO KFOR HQ in Pristina.

COMKFOR and H.E. Mr Minxhozi spoke about the overall situation in Kosovo, the latest political developments and they agreed on the importance of cooperation in order to enhance the security situation in the region.

During the meeting, General Fungo highlighted the excellent relations with the Albanian Authorities and he also praised Albanian Ambassador for the outstanding contribution of the NATO Albanian staff officers to the KFOR HQ and underlined their great professionalism.
