COM KFOR MEETS WITH AMBASSADOR OF SWEDEN TO FYROM

25 JUL 2016 PRISTINA, Kosovo. KFOR Commander, Major General Guglielmo Luigi Miglietta, received today the Ambassador of Sweden to FYROM , accredited to Kosovo and Albania, H.E. Mr. Mats Arne Staffansson, at Camp "Film City”, NATO KFOR HQ in Pristina.

During the meeting, they discussed the overall situation in Kosovo, in particular focusing on security aspects. They agreed on the importance of KFOR’s role acting impartially as third security responder, in maintaining a safe and secure environment and freedom of movement, for all the people of Kosovo.

General Miglietta expressed appreciation for the Sweden’s contribution to KFOR, highlighting the high professionalism of Swedish service members.
