NATO REPRESENTATIVE AT KFOR HQ

PRISTINA, Kosovo. Today, Kosovo Force Commander, Major General Guglielmo Luigi Miglietta, received the Head of Section for Operations in NATO HQ, Mr. Michel Soula, at Camp "Film City”, in Pristina.

The latest developments in the security in Kosovo as well as the wider Balkans region were discussed. During the meeting they agreed that KFOR’s mandate is still important to the development of better social and economic conditions for all residents of Kosovo.

Approximately 4,500 troops from the NATO-led Kosovo Force (KFOR), provided by 31 countries, continue to work towards maintaining a safe and secure environment and freedom of movement for all citizens and communities in Kosovo.
