KFOR RECEIVES THE GERMAN MINISTER MÜLLER

KFOR Commander, Major General Francesco Paolo Figliuolo, received the visit of Mr. Gerd Müller, German Federal Minister of Economic Cooperation and Development, at Camp "Film City” NATO KFOR Headquarters in Pristina/Prishtinë.

During the meeting they spoke about the overall situation in Kosovo and the effective cooperation that exists between KFOR, the International community and the local Institutions. Minister Müller and General Figliuolo highlighted the importance of KFOR’s role to maintain a safe and secure environment ensuring the necessary stability conditions for social and economic development in the area.

General Figliuolo thanked Minister Müller for the excellent cooperation given to KFOR by Germany and for the professionalism shown by German service members deployed since 1999 in Kosovo.
