KFOR HELICOPTERS FLY FOR ANOTHER FIRE

Pristina, Kosovo. Three KFOR helicopters are flying since 16.00 to help local firefighters to extinguish a fire in the municipality of Dragas.

KFOR Commander, Major General Guglielmo Luigi Miglietta, authorized the intervention of 2 US and 1 Swiss contingent helicopter; the request was forwarded by EULEX when the fire, pushed by the wind, was approaching to the village of Gornia Rapca.

KFOR helicopters intervened also on 30th August for another fire in the village of Sredska in the vicinity of Prizren.
