KFOR DONATES THREE CONTAINERS TO GRACANICA MUNICIPALITY

This morning, in Gracanica municipality, KFOR Joint Regional Detachment Centre (JRD-C), in cooperation with the Joint Logistic Support Group, donates three containers. The containers, previously belonged to the German contingent in Prizren, will enable local institutions the storage of various materials.

The first container was delivered to Gracanica Cultural Building and will be used as musical instruments warehouse, the second to a small hospital and the third to a small health centre adjacent to a school both in Laplje Selo. They will be used to store medical supplies.

The JRD-C is a KFOR unit that operates in 13 municipalities around Kosovo, including Pristina, with a CIMIC team and 10 Liaison Monitoring Team – LMT. JRD-C personnel work close to the population and to local and religious institutions in the area including the Pec Patriarchate, of Devic and Decani monasteries and the Islamic community.
