JOINT LOGISTIC SUPPORT GROUP CHANGE OF COMMAND

Pristina, Kosovo. KFOR Commander, Major General Guglielmo Luigi MIGLIETTA, presided over the change of command ceremony today, to mark the handover within KFOR Joint Logistic Support Group (JLSG) in Camp Film City, in Prishtinë/Priština.

The ceremony marked the handover of JLSG Command between the outgoing Colonel WOEHL-DANZINGER and the incoming Colonel ZAUNER.

In his speech, Major General MIGLIETTA commended the soldiers of JLSG for their extensive list of accomplishments achieved during Colonel WOEHL-DANZINGER’s leadership.

During this period JLSG conducted several infrastructural projects in KFOR Camps, developed the Helicopter Base at the Airport Prishtinë/Priština, carried out driver training, personnel transportation, supply and fuel delivery and several Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) operational activities.

Joint Logistic Support Group is a KFOR logistic unit. From the 31 contributing nations to KFOR, 16 of these nations contribute to the JLSG which provide logistic support to all KFOR units throughout all Kosovo.
