COMKFOR VISITED KFOR TACTICAL MANEUVRE

Pristina, Kosovo. KFOR Commander, Major General Guglielmo Luigi Miglietta, visited today camp "Slim Line" KFOR Tactical Maneuver (KTM) headquarters.

The Unit is part of KFOR tactical reserve and is composed by Portuguese and Hungarian soldiers. "As tactical reserve – General Miglietta said - you have one of the most critical mission in KFOR: to be extremely flexible and able to rapidly deploy on a very short notice. I am deeply convinced about your preparation that permitted you to be always ready to respond wherever and whenever needed”.

After being updated on the operational situation by Colonel Jorge da Silva Ferreira and his staff, COMKFOR visited a static display of KTM weapons and materials and followed a CRC training activity. Finally General Miglietta met and personally greeted all the soldiers of the Unit.
