JFC Naples Commander visits with NLO Skopje Staff
SKOPJE, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia* - U.S. Navy Admiral Mark Ferguson, Commander of Allied Joint Force Command Naples, visited the staff of the NATO Liaison Office in Skopje, Sept. 18. 2015.
The visit marked Admiral Ferguson's first opportunity to visit the mission which is under the purview of JFC Naples.
Bulgarian Navy Captain Rumen Radev, Chief of the NLO Skopje, along with three key members of his staff, briefed Admiral Ferguson on the priorities of their office.
The mission is to advise the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia* Government Authorities on military aspects of Security Sector Reform in order to contribute to further Euro-Atlantic Integration and provide support to NATO-led operations within the Balkans Joint Area of Operations.
