Attaches of NATO Countries Meeting between NLO Skopje and residential Ambassadors and Defense
On October 30th 2014, NLO Skopje organized a meeting with the Ambassadors and Defense Attaches of all NATO countries that maintain a diplomatic presence in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia*. The meeting was held in the premises of the Turkish Embassy.
The purpose was to explore possible domains for cooperation between NLO Skopje and NATO countries in order to provide better support to HN’s activities towards its Euro-Atlantic integration. The meeting was also attended by the Director of the HN’s Administration for Security and Counter Intelligence, the Director of the HN’s Intelligence Agency and the Head of the HN’s Military Service for Security and Intelligence. They delivered presentations from their respective organizations.
The agenda of the meeting also included a presentation about NLO Skopje’s Mission, Tasks, Organization, Current and Future Engagements, as well as NLO Skopje’s observations regarding HN’s Annual National Programme 2014-2015, PARP Survey, and approved 2015 MOD Budget. During the meeting, NLO Skopje and the Ambassadors shared their views and proposals regarding all issues raised and agreed on organizing such meeting on a regular basis.
