TRAINING AREA KRIVOLAK, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia* - On October 19, NATO Liaison Office Skopje Advisors took part in Distinguished Visitor’s day for Exercise Flash 14 at the Training Area Krivolak in former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.
At the training area Krivolak, the members of the declared Military Police Company and the Light Maneuver Field Hospital Role 2 demonstrated the level of combat readiness with which the evaluation NATO level 2 activities of these declared units of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia’s army in accordance with the Operational Capabilities Concept was completed.
The evaluation of the Military Police declared company and the Light Maneuver Field Hospital Role 2 was executed by national evaluation teams supported by evaluators from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia, and the NATO evaluation Level 2 process valorization was done by a monitoring team from the NATO Joint Operational Command Naples, evaluator’s team from the army with observers from various NATO commands.
Among the distinguished guests, Defence Minister Sekerinska, the Chief of the General Staff, Master General Vasko Gjurcinovski, army generals, Defence Attaches accredited in the country and other VIPS were present to which combat procedures and situations, part of the Flash 14 exercise, were demonstrated based on a fictive scenario for participation in peace operations.
