The newly formed headquarters of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina Light Infantry Battalion Group conducted a Command Post Exercise in Zenica, May 21, 2019. This is the first iteration of the recently assembled headquarters and was a culmination of training provided by the Peace Support Operations Training Center on the Military Decision Making Process.

Representatives from NATO Headquarters Sarajevo, BiH Ministry of Defense, Joint Staff, Operations Command, and PSOTC observed the training and discussed challenges the LIBG faces in the coming months and years to improve the levels of interoperability and operational capabilities in order to enhance the operational relationship between the Alliance and partners contributing to NATO- led operations and to the NATO Response Force.
