The continual training and development of the armed forces, and its personnel, is critical to making sure it can response effectively when called upon – and that the best and most capable soldiers are retained.  The team from NATO Headquarters Sarajevo works closely with the AFBIH Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) to advise them on international standards and training models. During a visit, Brigadier Folkestad was briefed on the measures taken to ensure that training has been able to continue during the pandemic, and the current priorities.
