NHQSa donates power generators to Armed Forces of BiH

NATO Headquarters Sarajevo donated nine power generators to the Armed Forces of Bosnia-Herzegovina during a ceremony at Camp Butmir, Feb. 4, 2019.

The generators, which range in size from small, mobile units to 5-ton cargo-container sized rigs, were donated in support of the continual operations and training exercises conducted by the AFBiH.

"We are glad to help bolster our partners in the Armed Forces of BiH whenever we can,“ said Hungarian Col. Antal Bardos, chief of staff for NHQSa. "I am sure they will put the equipment to good use in their training and daily operations.“

Bardos formally signed the generators over to AFBiH Col. Nebojša Bošnjak, chief of J4 for the Joint Staff, during the ceremony.
