NHQSa commander Brig. Gen. William Edwards, along with other members of NHQSa including Command Sgt. Maj. Francis Swirko, visited the Capljina Barracks and met with leadership from the Armed Forces of BiH 4^th Infantry Brigade. Edwards learned about the brigade’s mission, organizational structure and capabilities, and was also able to watch a firefighting exercise at the Miralem Jugo Barracks in Mostar.
