NHQSa Commander, conducted a video teleconference call with the balkan says

U.S. Army Brigadier General William Edwards, NHQSa Commander, conducted a video teleconference call with the Security Architecture Youth Seminar (SAYS) to discuss how BiH has changed over the last 25 years since the Dayton agreement was signed and shared his personal thoughts on BiH’s future, with focus on partnership and regional cooperation.

Balkan SAYS is a youth oriented international security seminar, which offers a platform for young professionals from the region and beyond to meet, connect and exchange views and opinions, build a mutual trust and understanding and expand their knowledge on important security, political and economic topics of the region.

The seminar, which will be held for the eighth consecutive year, has become a well-recognized annual event for students and young professionals from the Euro-Atlantic region. It promotes the values of security, peace and democracy, and encourages fresh views and innovative solutions to the regional security issues from the youth perspective.
