NATO Secretary General visits Bosnia and Herzegovina

NATO remains firmly committed to the stability of this region and the security of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

 – NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte visited Bosnia and Herzegovina today, meeting with BIH leadership to discuss security, stability, and NATO’s continued support for BiH. He also visited NATO Headquarters Sarajevo at Camp Butmir and held engagement with students, faculty staff and journalists at the University of Sarajevo.

Throughout these meetings, NATO Secretary General reaffirmed the Alliance’s unwavering support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, calling on political leaders to take responsibility for maintaining peace and stability.
